Creating a campaign that gets more 18-34-year-old UK audiences to consider, explore, try watching, and get talking about non-English language films and series on Netflix.
Despite this expansive language offering, Netflix UK audiences only seem to stick with English-language series and films. Due to algorithms on everything these days, we are only exposed to content we have watched in the past, which doesn't allow us to explore content exceeding our ideological and cultural perspectives.
The great stories are more than just visuals is a campaign that expresses a simple message that there is more than just one perspective that you may be used to; this is shown by how the images are placed in the advertisements, challenging your perspectives straight away. The campaign uses conversational copy specific to where the advertisements are placed, iterating that great stories are more than just visuals.
